With the Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR) method, muscle building is also possible with low training weights. During BFR training, the venous blood flow in the working muscles is partially constricted. This stimulates anabolic metabolic processes.

BFR training is ideal for getting back to your starting level early after an injury or operation. The training takes place 1:1.
