As transparency and data protection are important to us, you will find the complete conditions of participation and information on our competitions on social media below.
Conditions of participation
- All persons aged 18 and over resident in Switzerland, Germany and France are eligible to take part. One entry per person.
- The competition is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by these platforms.
- Participation is free of charge and requires no obligation to purchase.
- Legal recourse is excluded. The prize cannot be paid out in cash.
- The duration of participation is explicitly stated in the respective entries.
- Employees of Praxisklinik Rennbahn AG are excluded from the prize draws.
Data protection:
By participating, you agree that we may use the data you provide (e.g. name, profile name) solely for the purpose of organising the competition and notifying you if you win. We comply with the applicable data protection laws of Switzerland and the GDPR (for Germany and France). Your data will only be used for the competition and will be deleted after it has ended.
Disclaimer of liability:
We assume no liability for technical malfunctions that could affect participation in the competition.
Changes & Early Termination:
We reserve the right to change or prematurely terminate the competition at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
